Your Account
- The Law prohibits betting by persons under age of 18 and we may at any time ask you to confirm your age.

- Your mobile phone number (+255) is your Customer identity. We use mobile phone numbers to uniquely identify customers and their account details.

The Customer has sole responsibility to ensure that their security details remain confidential. Any transactions that have been placed by a user who is securely logged into the Customer's account will be the Customer's responsibility.
If transactions are made via your phone by someone who is not the registered user, the registered user will remain liable for their transactions. We cannot do account transactions for accounts which are not identical to the phone number. This means that you cannot ask to be paid out on a different number other than the number you have placed a bet with and you cannot send money to us and request that this is placed in a different account.
- All information supplied when registering with the site MUST be accurate and complete in all respects.
- As part of the registration process, we may cross reference your information details authorized credit reference agencies to confirm your identity. You agree that we may process such information in connection with your registration.

We reserve the rights to close, suspend or disable payment on your account at any time and for any reason. If we de-register, exclude or suspend you, we shall have the unlimited right to:
- Withhold payment to you of any contested funds, whether such funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, sportsbook credits, pay-outs or the like;
- Establish the specific criteria with which you must comply in order to be allowed access to the Service (and your account, if applicable); and

- Customers are strictly prohibited from utilizing our systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. You will not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you. If we have a suspicion that you may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these Terms, your access to our website will be terminated immediately and/or your account blocked. If your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, we are under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your account. - Fraudulent or illegal activity of any kind;
- Abusive chargeback activity;

- Any betting activity which we reasonably suspect to be irregular, unfair or in bad faith, including but not limited to equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, or placing single bets equal to or in excess or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the betting requirements for that bonus have been met.
- From time to time, all or part of the Website may be unavailable for use by you because of our maintenance of the Website and/or alteration or amendment of any of the Website products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, our ultimate parent and parent companies and any of our subsidiaries against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive or other) arising from any participation in the Service by you, including without limitation:

- The use of the Service by means of telecommunication services;
- Use re-use of any materials at, or obtained from, the Service;
- Entry to, or use or re-use of any servers or equipment involved in providing the Service;
- Facilitating or making a deposit into your account;
- Wagering or gaming via the Service through any delivery mechanism offered; and
- Acceptance and use of any win or prize at or from us or the Service.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- Mambobet accepts bets made online, Mobi or SMS which for clarity includes the use of iPhone, Android applications and early generation GSM phones. Bets are not accepted in any other form (telephone, email, fax, in person, etc.) and any bets received in these forms will be null and void.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer. Mambobet reserves the right to cancel any bet at any time.
- Mambobet reserves the right to refuse/cancel any bet or part of a bet before the game starts without providing any justification. Mambobet also reserves the right to refuse/cancel any bet or part of a bet that is placed while a game is in progress if there is sufficient evidence that the Customer was placing a bet with prior knowledge of an event that would affect the accurate pricing of a market – for example, betting on the first-to-score market while the first goal is being scored.
- Mambobet reserves the right to void any or all bets that have been made by any person or group of persons who are acting in an attempt to defraud us. If there is any evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, Mambobet reserves the right to make such bets void and suspend relevant accounts. This rule applies to both settled and unsettled bets.
- Mambobet reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. If an account has insufficient funds as a result of a deposit that has been cancelled for whatever reason. Mambobet reserves the right to cancel any bet that may have been accepted retroactively, and void any winnings paid to the Customer from those bets.
- Mambobet reserves the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question; (ii) the price(s) or pool has been manipulated; or (iii) match-rigging has taken place. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with Mambobet across any or all of our betting channels. Any decision made by Mambobet in this regard will be conclusive. If any customer owes any money to Mambobet for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that customer.
- Should funds be credited to a Customer's account in error, it is the Customer's responsibility to notify Mambobet of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error shall be deemed invalid and returned to Mambobet. Mambobet has the right to revert the transaction.
- Mambobet reserves the right to change odds and information displayed on the website at any time and without notice. Mambobet will take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of this information but information is presented as a guide only. Prices displayed on the website are indicative only and are not binding until a bet has been confirmed by us. In the event of any particular information (score, time of game etc.) being incorrect we assume no liability for this.
- When an event is cancelled, all bets referring will be cancelled automatically and the related accounts will be refunded.
- All bets are subject to the Rules for the relevant sport / market / game set out in the Betting Rules terms.
- Mambobet reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any bet at any time. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. Mambobet also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.
- All Customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Customer or group of Customers.
- All bonus offers can be redeemed only once per offer unless it was clearly stated otherwise.
- Each bonus offer will have its own "terms and conditions” and Customers should ensure that the terms and conditions associated with each individual bonus offer are read and understood prior to accepting the bonus.
- Promotions are subject to change. All management decisions are final.
- In the event of an error when attributing a bonus to a Customer account, the company reserves the right to correct such errors by removing any funds that were put into a Customer's account erroneously and by voiding any bets that were placed by these funds.
- The minimum amount for a bet is 500 unless otherwise stated on the website.
- The maximum amount can be won on a single bet slip is 2 Million Tanzania Shillings.
- The maximum amount can be won on a multiple bet slip is 10 Million Tanzania Shillings.
- All winnings shall be subject to deduction of tax (“Withholding Tax”) as per Law Tax Act
The withholding tax percentage to be deducted is 15% as per the tax rate prescribed by the Government of Tanzania.
Complaints / Dispute Resolution
- Customer complaints/claims of any nature must be submitted within 1 months of the issue occurring
- Any customer who wishes to make a formal complaint about our services should first contact our Customer Services department using the contact us form on the website or in writing to help@mambo.bet. We will respond as quickly as possible and in all cases we strive to ensure that all customers are responded to within 48 hours. If you do not believe our resolution to your complaint to be fair and transparent then you are free to request for the complaint to be escalated to a member of our Senior Management team who will personally review your complaint and make a final decision.
- Should a dispute arise, you and Mambobet agree that the Mambobet transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.
Your Finances
- You may only bet with the amount of cleared funds held in your account. Accordingly, if you want to place bets or participate in gaming, you must deposit monies into your account.
- By depositing funds into your account, you direct us and we agree to hold them, along with any winnings, for the sole and specific purpose of using them (i) to place your sporting and gaming stakes; and (ii) settling any fees or charges that you might incur in connection with the use of our services (Purpose). We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing funds without any intention to place sporting and/or gaming stakes. In such circumstances we may also report this to relevant authorities.

How to withdraw from Accounts.

Betting Procedures
- We may offer free jackpots and paid jackpots. Participating in a free jackpot will not entitle to be considered to have participated, or to have intended to participate, in a paid jackpot.
- We reserve the right to vary the criteria for selecting the winner or winners of any jackpot. In the event there is more than one winner for any jackpot, the winnings for that jackpot will be shared among all those winners.
Jackpots
Jackpot bets are accepted up to minutes before the first game in the coupon starts.
Where games are cancelled, interrupted, abandoned, suspended or postponed, Mambo bet may at its discretion, cancel the Jackpot and refund the stake placed.
Where jackpot games is/are cancelled, interrupted, abandoned, suspended or postponed, an official public draw shall be carried out within 48 hours from the time of cancellation, to determine the result of the missing game’s result.
If a match is abandoned or postponed from its scheduled date/time but is then rescheduled to take place no later than the advertised kick-off time of the last match on the list, then provided the match is played to completion at the re-arranged time, all selections will stand.
In all cases of postponements, cancellations, suspensions of matches, the local date and time of the event is taken into account (local time). The official kick off of every match is the last officially publicized time by Mambobet.
