The customer is solely responsible for placing his bet, from the selection of the markets to the value of the bet, therefore, he is placing exactly the bet he wishes to place. Each bet is always properly identified, so it is the customer's responsibility to check that the bet he/she is placing is the one he/she wishes to process.
Tickets are valid for 60 days from the date of confirmation of the bet, and the ticket must be presented within this time period in order to cash out a winnings.
In order to make a complaint about a completed bet, you may contact our Call Centre, but we will only deal with complaints where the source of information is from official sites. The Company relies on the official sites of each listed event when evaluating your bets.
In situations of conflict, The Network (hereinafter referred to as Mambo.bet) will make the final decision.
Each user account is personal and non-transferable and may not be used by anyone else. The user is solely responsible for keeping his/her password and access data to his/her account. Misplacing the password or other relevant account data shall not be grounds for cancelling bets unless the customer has been notified in advance.
A user may only have one active account at any one time. In the event that Mambo.bet detects that a user is using more than one active account or using an account fraudulently, that account will be immediately inactivated.
The company reserves the right to modify or add to these rules without prior notice, although any changes must first be accepted by the user.
The user must notify the bookmaker of any changes to his details.
An account on which there have been no transactions for a period of 1 year may be considered inactive and therefore closed, even if it contains outstanding balances or bonuses.
The Company reserves the right to investigate users who place bets deemed to be fraudulent (e.g. from the same IP) and, if fraud is proven, to close the account(s) connected to each other.
Occasionally, the start time of an event displayed may not be accurate. Mambo.bet recommends always checking the start time of an event on an official site.
Excluded and/or self-excluded users.
Users not legally permitted by their respective jurisdictions.
Bets commissioned or placed by bookmakers or betting agents are not permitted. Bets on events in which the bettor is a participant ("participant" in this context refers to those persons involved in the event as sportsmen, athletes, owners, coaches or employees of a participating club) and bets placed on behalf of such participants are not permitted. In addition, bets on leagues, cups or other events in which the respective club or organization is participating may also not be placed or processed by those persons who are supposed to participate in the respective event. In the event of a breach of these rules, the company reserves the right to refuse to pay out any winnings and amounts already invested in bets, as well as to cancel any bets. The company is not liable if it discovers that the user is part of one of the aforementioned groups. This implies that the company has the right to take action at any time after having discovered that the user is part of one of the aforementioned groups.
The bettor declares that he does not know the outcome of the event at the time of placing the relevant bet.
The company accepts no liability whatsoever for input, transmission and/or evaluation errors. In particular, the company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that occur, especially in the input of betting odds and/or in the evaluation of betting results (e.g. a mistake between different odds or events, teams, etc.), or to declare all affected bets invalid. ) or to declare all affected bets as invalid.
Furthermore, the company accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content of information services such as result information via e-mail and SMS, as well as other content. Likewise, the data is provided in Livescore, statistics and live betting without guarantee.
The company also reserves the right to return or refund bets provided that the user has won the bet and the company can prove the error by means of technical records. The burden of proof in the event of error or technical failure rests with the company. The amount wagered or played will be returned to the player's account. The company reserves the right to hold users who deliberately take advantage of technical or administrative errors in the execution and/or collection of payouts liable for all damages incurred by the company.
A stake is exclusively an amount of money confirmed and indicated by the company.
Punters have to close their bets individually. If one or more players repeatedly attempt to close the same bets, these bets may be deemed invalid. This rule also applies even after the outcome of the bet has occurred, if the company believes that punters are acting in collusion or as a group or if the bets in question have been closed by one or more punters within a short period of time.
In the event that the Company suspects the manipulation of an event, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the offer of any event or series of events in its selection of odds and to delay and/or withhold payments on any event or series of events in its selection of odds until the integrity of such event or series of events has been confirmed by the relevant sports federation.
In addition, if the relevant sports authorities confirm that active manipulation of an event has occurred in any event or series of events, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any bets placed on such events, whether by any individual identified at the time as having used inside information to place a bet or any other person who, in the reasonable opinion of the Company, is connected, colluding or otherwise involved with such an individual.
By placing a bet or participating in a game, the user declares that he/she is of the minimum age required to participate in such game in accordance with the relevant national laws and has the necessary legal capacity.
Each user shall determine for himself the amount of his bets, with the exception of the restriction set by the winnings limit in accordance with the calculation of the winnings and the possible betting limits.
If a bet is declared "void" or "void", the bet will be settled as a "win" at odds of 1.00. For single (single) bets, the punter will receive an amount equal to his stake. On multi bets, the total odds will be adjusted accordingly and the multi bet can still be won if all other bets it contains are also won.
If for any reason the bet is placed after the event has started, the bet will be deemed invalid (this does not apply to LIVE bets). In such a situation, the bet will be settled as "won" at odds of 1.00. In the case of LIVE bets, bets received by the company after the outcome of the bet in question has been determined will not stand and will be settled as "won" at odds of 1.00.
The Company will determine, on a case-by-case basis, the deadline for closing bets.
The Company reserves the right to refuse confirmation of any bet or wager without giving any reason or reason whatsoever.
Mambo.bet duly reports all accepted bets. If, during the placement of a bet, a communication error occurs which prevents the bet from being registered, this bet will not be considered as accepted.
Bets placed in due time and accepted may not be cancelled or modified, except in the cases mentioned in these General Regulations. It is therefore the user's obligation to ensure that all details of his bet are correct.
If, during the bet acceptance period, any information is made public by means of which the outcome of the bet can be determined, the Company will re-set the deadline for the acceptance of bets or cancel the bet. Cancelled bets will be settled as "won" at odds of 1.00.
The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for input, transmission and/or assessment errors. In particular, the Company reserves the right to correct obvious, manifest errors in the entry of betting odds and/or the assessment of betting results (e.g. errors in odds, teams, events, etc.) or to cancel the affected bets. Furthermore, the company accepts no liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents of the information services, e.g. information on results. The stake is exclusively the amount confirmed and registered by the company. In the event of an event being cancelled or an erroneous betting prediction, none of the bets will be valid and all bets will be settled as "won" at odds of 1.00.
Unless otherwise stated, either in the following exceptions, in the betting offer or in the special rules of each sport, the principle "All bets are valid" applies to all bets. This means that if the athlete (or team, player, etc.) on whom you have placed a bet does not participate for whatever reason, the bet is forfeited if the event takes place. Bets will only be cancelled exceptionally, especially in the following cases:

Simple:
This is a type of bet in which the user places a single prediction (e.g. winner of a match, exact result, number of goals...). If the bet is correct, he/she automatically receives his/her prize, which is the result of multiplying the amount bet by the payline.
Example: Barcelona 2.25 - Draw 3.15 - Real Madrid 2.55
NOTE: If we bet Tsh 100 on the draw and are correct, we will win Tsh 315 (Tsh 100 x 3.15)
This is a type of bet in which the user places two or more bets at the same time (mixing different sports if desired). In order for the bet to be a winning bet, all the selected picks must be correct. In the event that one misses, the bet is a loser.
The winnings of a combo bet are obtained by multiplying the paylines assigned to the different selections in the combo bet by the amount wagered.
Example:
Real Madrid to beat CSKA Moscow (odds 1.40)
Barcelona to beat Leverkusen (odds 1.14)
Arsenal - Milan: Over 2.5 goals aggregate (odds 1.85)
Bilbao Basket to beat Montepaschi (odds 2.10)
NOTE: Betting Tsh 100 that these four outcomes occur gives a profit of Tsh 620 (Tsh 100 x 1.40 x 1.14 x 1.85 x 2.10).
If one of the selected events does not take place (e.g. the match is cancelled) it will not be taken into account in the accumulator (line=1.00). The rest of the bet will remain active.
It should be noted that multi bets do not allow selections whose results can be directly interrelated to each other. For example, it is not possible to place a parlay including bets on an exact result and total goals in the same match.
Bets on the Champion of a competition cannot be combined with individual matches.
All bets that are determined (i.e. whose outcome is already decided) are valid.
If a betting event is postponed, cancelled or does not start at the time shown in the betting offer for whatever reason, and restarted within 48 hours after the start date shown, the bet is valid for the restarted event. In the event that a betting event is not restarted within 48 hours after the displayed start date, the corresponding bets will be void.
If in a multi bet the participant on whom the bet has been placed does not participate in an event (except for the principle of "All bets are valid", or if one of the selected events has been called off, abandoned, cancelled or has not taken place for other reasons and the corresponding betting events have not taken place within 48 hours, such bets will be settled as "won" at odds of 1.00, which means that the multi bet can still be won depending on the other outcomes that are part of it.
